Because intimate wear fit is deeply personal, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window for sizing on unworn pieces. If your bralette, babydoll, or cosplay set doesn't fit like a dream, our customer support team will swiftly assist with an exchange.
Intimate Hygiene & Quality Standards
Due to strict health and sanitation guidelines for intimate apparel, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and protective hygiene strips intact. Panties and thongs tried on directly without protective barriers cannot be returned.
Discreet Doorstep Pickup Across India
Our logistics partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) will coordinate an easy, confidential doorstep collection directly from your address. The courier has zero information regarding package contents.
Instant Replacement or Store Credit
Prefer an alternate size or style? Once inspected at our Mumbai fulfillment center, your replacement dispatch is prioritized within 24 hours. Alternatively, store credits with lifetime validity are issued immediately.
Quick Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Card) within 3–5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are transferred directly via secure UPI/Bank link.
