Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders placed on Inner X are subject to product availability and confirmation of order price. An order is confirmed once payment authorization is verified by Razorpay or COD is selected. We reserve the right to limit order quantities for promotional deals. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All imagery, typography, silhouettes, logos, product designs, digital code, and creative content displayed on innerx.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inner X LLC. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Inner X immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Inner X shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Limitation of Liability
Inner X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
